For clients that are in need of pulling those last loose ends together, finalizing those last couple vendors, organizing the fine details and professional assistance in the event on the day of, this package works best. 

Event should be 1-2 months out with the majority of vendors already selected and/or booked.

For clients who have a lot of their event already planned, at least half of their vendors already selected and booked and a clear vision of how their day should go, but, still need additional assistance in coordinating with parties, booking additional vendors, keeping on top of their budget and ensuring that most "hiccups" are minimized, this package is for you. 

Event should be at least 3- 6 months out.

Who Needs This?

Just engaged? Barely have the blueprint down for your launch party? Have absolutely no idea what color scheme, attire or whether your florals of choice are in bloom? For clients who need to start from scratch and work from the ground up to create a memorable event and need assistance every step of the way, this is the package for you.

We will help create and bring your vision to life, research and book vendors, manage every guest and consult on every little detail to ensure that your day is just as you imagined it. 

Event should be at least 6-12 months out

For those that are searching for assistance in coordination outside of the U.S., this package is best in helping to fulfill all of those needs. In addition to working to design and coordinate an event of your dreams, we will work closely to ensure that all international legalities and guidelines are followed.

Event must be at least 9-12 months out.

For the client who simply needs a little assistance or specialized attention instead of the whole package.

No set time frame required for event.

We would be elated to help with vendor selection, design advice, venue walk through or anything in between.

Event Design and/or A La Carte pricing is subject to event complexity or type of assistance.

Event Design Assistance includes but, is not limited to: 

  • Floral & lighting design research.
  • Custom designed mood board.
  • Development of event theme, color, style, and complete event design.
  • Apparel guidance. 
  • Invitation design assistance.
  • Tablescapes, centerpieces etc.
